Florida First
Development believes in investing in the future. One of the
ways this is done is by building our infrastructure.
Florida First has everything in-house to control a
project from conception to finalization.
Other builders
may have to sub-contract many of the time crucial components
needed to get a project started. Florida First
has forged a path that allows it to expedite the development
process by controlling almost every aspect of construction
and development.
All
projects start with a vision that "we can build here".
The process starts by working with its in-house Master
Planners to develop a concept plan.
Once a concept plan is established, Florida First will
create a Schematic budget with project timeline. Florida
First will utilize its in house Engineering and
Architectural Staff to design and permit the project.
Florida First's Project Management Team will follow the
permitting process to completion. Once permits are in hand,
Florida First owns over 60 machines that it utilizes to self
perform all aspects of site work. Florida First will either
use its in house General Contractors to complete the
construction or Construction Manage the project. Florida
First's Management Team will then complete the project by
utilizing its Network of Leasing agents or Sales agents to
complete the development.
